The Best & Coolest Feed Aggregator
February 29, 2008
No longer do you have to visit your friends Flickr, Youtube, or Blog separately to catch up on their last postings. All of this information is aggregated into one place at FriendFeed. Everything that they do, which they intend to share, shows up in real time, on a timeline that is similar to Twitter’s. Except with Twitter, you are only reading everyone’s Twitter, right? I suppose they could tell you these things on Twitter too, but they may forget and only mention part of what they intended to mention that day. But with Friendfeed whatever they do (which they intend to share) hits the wire automatically.
With FriendFeed you are seeing what’s going on lately. with your friend or whoever you choose to follow, from a multitude of different sources: what stories they Digg, what they bookmark in del.icio.us, new photos they post on flickr or picassa, what videos and music they are interested in. And the site makes it easy for you to automatically add stuff that you share on other sites by importing your accounts from some of the most popular Web 2.0 sites.
This is social interaction at its best via the web, and the easiest and most efficient. You can begin sharing and receiving in seconds.
